Dr. Krigbaum is participating provider for the following health insurances: Aspirus Network employers, Security Health and State of Wisconsin SMP. He is also a participating provider for Delta Dental Premier dental insurances.
If you provide our office with your medical and dental insurance cards, we will submit claims to insurance for you. (Note: Medicare does not cover care of teeth and gums).
Payment is due at the time of service for consultations and x-rays (unless Dr. Krigbaum is a participating provider for your insurance and you have a benefit for the charges). Claims will be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
After the consultation with Dr. Krigbaum, a surgical pre-estimate treatment plan will be given to your showing deductible, co-pay and non-covered charges that will be due on the day of surgery. Patients who have oral surgery benefits with BCBS medical will be expected to pay for services in full. BCBS medical pays the subscriber directly.
Most insurance companies will respond within a month. After 60 days any account balance is your responsibility. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charge by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
For procedures nor covered by your insurance plan, we offer a number of financing options with no interest or low interest loans. We participate in Care Credit, a dental financing card, as well as plans through Capital One, and American General.
Patients can apply in the office, or at home, and quickly know their eligibility.
